This month we would like to spotlight the hard work that our Local Representatives put into the projects we work on. First up is Erin Rydgren!👏 

Erin is a Local Representative for a solar project in Iowa. Hear from her on why she thinks Local Representatives play a vital role in renewable energy projects: 

"I think the local rep role is important because that individual serves as the bridge for the rest of the project team. They are an authentic contributor who provides local insight, guidance, and real relationships with the project community. Realistically, they are the ones who will be living there long after the development team has moved on. They will be driving past the project, still 
interacting with friends and neighbors, regardless of whether those individuals supported or opposed the construction, and experiencing the changes brought to the area. They are wholly invested in their communities for the most genuine reason: they belong to them."
