🎃🍂 We concluded our month-long Oxford Fall-O-Ween celebration, featuring family-friendly events and seasonal fun, on Friday, October 31, 2025, with two exciting events.

Oxford, Alabama Parks and Recreation hosted its annual P.A.R.D. Halloween Carnival at the Oxford Civic Center, marking our best year yet and estimated over 1,500 attendees! 🎪🍬 For the first time ever, the entire carnival was completely free, with food, carnival games, and more than 40 prizes; made possible by donations, sponsors, and funds raised by the Hallo-Wheels Car Show held on Saturday, October 25, 2025. 🚗 Festivities filled both the Civic Center gymnasium and outdoor areas, where guests enjoyed hayrides and fun selfie stations built by Oxford Fleet Services and the PARD Maintenance Department.

👻🍭 Several from the carnival crossed town to join those at the Trick-Or-Treat on Main, organized by Historic Main Street Oxford. There were many fun activities throughout downtown as Main Street businesses, city departments, and local organizations came together! 🍫 The event featured more than 25 vendors and food trucks, live music, inflatables, an interactive Pirate’s Alley inside of the Oxford Performing Arts Center, and the final night of The Terrortorium Haunted House & Amusements.
