The Calhoun County Area Chamber & Visitor’s Center hosted a community ice cream social on September 2, 2025, at Below Zero Creamery, sponsored by the Alabama Law Enforcement Appreciation Foundation.

Families enjoyed frozen treats while meeting local law enforcement from the Oxford Police Department and Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, including Oxford Police’s newest K-9 officer, Havoc, and his handler, Officer Miranda Schoering.
