January’s Athlete of the Month is Taylor Cross🌟

You can almost always find Taylor Cross holding it down at the 3:30 class. If there is a barbell involved, especially back squats, she is all in. Taylor is hands down one of the hardest workers in her class, always showing up with grit, focus, and nonstop effort. We are so thankful she chooses Thelo Fitness to be part of her daily grind!

"I love crossfit Thelo because it is like having a whole second family to come spend an hour with!! I keep coming back because I feel like it has truly made me stronger: I would go workout at a gym by myself and not push myself but at CrossFit I feel like I truly try to push myself and make myself better. The coaches truly are awesome and push you to give your best. I started CrossFit in 2021, i started coming to Thelo in 2021. I had to stop coming in 2022 because I became a stay at home mom, but I’m 2023 I started back and have loved being back ever since!!! If you want to find a gym that feels like a family come try out Crossfit Thelo you won’t regret it!!"
