You’ll often find Mackensie showing up ready to be pushed, embracing whatever challenge is on the board that day. She’s built a reputation for giving full effort and staying focused from start to finish, setting the tone for what it looks like to train with intention.

In a short time, she’s made a strong impact not just through her work ethic, but through the way she connects with others and contributes to the atmosphere around her. She continues to push her limits while also being someone others can count on for encouragement when it’s needed most.

“I started at Thelo in May 2025, and I keep coming back because I’m constantly challenged and pushed to be the best, strongest version of myself—both mentally and physically. Thelo isn’t just a gym, it’s a community that truly feels like family. I’ve made new friends who encourage me and push me to keep going, even on the hard days. The coaches are nothing short of amazing—they genuinely care about helping you improve and become better every day. They truly go above and beyond to help every athlete succeed.”
