August's Athlete of the Month is Chad Hoffman🌟

Chad has been with us for a few years now and is a dedicated 5am-er. He is a teacher at Alexandria High School and he also is an umpire and referee in his spare time. Chad is always a fun time in class! He pushes other people to be their best, while also getting stronger himself (peer pressure really works on him). 

"Moving home from Texas in 2021 was quite an adjustment, but I quickly found a family at Thelo. All of the coaches have been amazing! Shoutout to Jo, Kait, Kelsey, Lily, Shane, Trent, Jason, and John! 😁 Along with them, my fellow athletes push me to be better each day. I always enjoyed coming to Thelo after work, but have now found that same joy and motivation with my gym family at 5am! I love you all and thank you for everything!!"
