## Caption

December’s Athlete of the Month is Brantley Bargerhuff🌟

You can usually find Brantley at the 6am class or the 5:30pm class. If he's not working out in the gym, you'll usually see him with a camera at the gym! He is over our social media pages and has done a fabulous job! Brantley is such a hard worker - so strong (don't challenge him on deadlifts!!) and so fast!! He is so fun to have in class and we are thankful he chooses Thelo to be apart of his day

"I started coming to Thelo in March, and I was a little skeptical of the Crossfit style training, but with a little friendly influence from coaches and my girlfriend, it's turned into an everyday activity. It’s helped me to stay motivated and something to look forward to, and a positive way to end my day. The community at Thelo is everything you could ask for and keeps me always wanting to come back! Along with working out, John and Kait have trusted me to keep the content rolling for the gym, so I appreciate them for trusting me with the vision as well!"

Here are some of Brantley's Favorites:
Fav Food: Sushi 🍣
Fav Movement: Deadlifts 🏋️
Fav Animal: Chicken🐓
