lofi girl has been around since 2015, first launching on the channel chilled cow, and his since grown to nearly 16 million followers and 2.5 TRILLION views

they've launched their own record label too, along with their countless synth wave, study with me, and more types of live streams

what you may not know though, is that lofi girls art was inspired by the studio ghibli film whisper of the heart — with the first edition of the project even being shizuku from the film

as a major fan of both projects respectively, this felt like unlocking an easter egg that was sitting right in front of my face
