One of the greatest gifts of my work has been supporting the trauma center staff at Grady Hospital in Atlanta.

To sit with the people who hold so much…
who witness so much…
who carry stories most will never hear…

is something I don’t take lightly.

Those who hold space need space held for them, too.

Therapists.
Counselors.
Medical teams.
The ones helping others move through grief, anxiety, trauma, and shame—

they deserve moments to exhale.

Sound becomes that space.

A place where nothing is asked of them.
Where they don’t have to fix, solve, or hold anyone else.
Where their nervous systems can finally soften.

I’m always humbled by the work they do.
And deeply grateful to be invited into that space with them.

This is one of the many expressions of sound healing—
showing up for the communities we care about most.
