## Caption

My biggest influences for this song were babyface teddyswims and ericclapton. 

I had been taking a break from music after my first album, “Country Pop Latino”. I wanted to reconnect with the foundations, going back to the guitar, letting go of timelines and expectations, and allowing this new era to unfold more intuitively.

Sonically, the track blends a warm, groove-led soul-pop sound with layered acoustic guitars, Rhodes textures, intentional silences, and vocal arrangements that came together very naturally. Moving between English and Spanish, it carries a message of presence and simplicity in a way that feels honest, because more than anything, we were just enjoying making music again. mafealvarezoficial
