My Grandma’s Wonton Recipe is one of the recipes in my new cookbook, COOK ASIAN. I grew up eating these whenever Nen-Nen would take care of me, and it’s one of the recipes that instantly takes me back to my childhood.

For AAPI Heritage Month, I’ve been thinking a lot about my grandparents and how so many family recipes don’t get passed down to the next generation.
