Phoenix is about to level up its skyline in a major way.

A new project called Arro is planned for downtown — and when it’s finished, it will become the tallest building in all of Arizona.

The tower is expected to stand nearly 60 feet taller than the current tallest building, Chase Tower, which has held the title for decades.

And one of the biggest features just got confirmed:

A Phoenix-based restaurant group is planning to build a full rooftop dining complex at the very top.

The group behind spots like Wren & Wolf, Filthy Animal, and Cleaverman will take over the space — meaning the views might end up being just as big as the food scene.

The development will include two towers, with luxury apartments, a hotel, retail, and restaurants all built in.

The main tower alone is expected to have around 380 units.

Developers say they’ve been working on this project for nearly a decade and are aiming to break ground next year.

If everything goes as planned, people could be moving in within the next few years.

Downtown Phoenix is already seeing strong demand, with most apartments filled — and projects like this show the city isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
