Arizona troopers were busy on I-10 yesterday 🚔

During an 8-hour enforcement operation between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m., DPS says troopers made 240 traffic stops along the Phoenix/Tempe stretch of the freeway.

Here’s what they found:
🚨 275 total violations
⚡ 134 speeding citations
🚫 64 HOV lane violations
📱 15 distracted driving citations
🔒 7 seatbelt violations
⚠️ 28 other hazardous citations
📄 27 non-hazardous citations
👮 3 arrests

Officials say operations like this are meant to crack down on dangerous driving and improve safety on one of the busiest freeways in the Valley.
