Throughout my pregnancy, I’ve tried to show people that maybe this isn’t the traditional way of doing things, but this is the way I want to live my life and the way I want to experience my pregnancy, and I’m choosing to do that with confidence. 

Staying active has always been a huge part of who I am, and I hope this conversation encourages other women to trust themselves and do what feels right for them.
