🧵👍🏽I'm back to my normal practice after having the stitches removed from my fingers last week. I shared this demonstration to inspire you and remind you that it's always about mind over matter. I've faced many challenges in my life, including a heart condition, rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disorder, and various injuries from adventurous activities. Whenever these issues arise, I may be set back for a while, but I never let them control my life. With each arthritis flare-up or injury, I remind myself to stay patient and determined. Remember, it's not just about what you see on the surface; it's really about what’s happening in the mind.
