started this vlog feeling really optimistic after a long work week… finally getting out, spending time with friends, and just enjoying the city again.

but somewhere along the way, things shifted and i ended up getting sick, so these few days turned into something a little slower and more low energy than i expected.

just a few real, unfiltered days of living alone in new york city in my mid 30s......getting out when i can, resting when i need to, and trying to feel like myself again.
