Taking inspiration from a popular Indian comic book that retells epic stories 📚, Ganesh appropriates the past to posit a “South Asian” future🌏. 

She references ancient mythologies to offer a speculative time ahead when marginalized people are empowered. In this artwork, Ganesh’s futuristic vision centers on themes of reflection and regeneration in times of uncertainty. ⚖️
