That's how Fabricio Bloisi thinks about building companies. 

And that's how he went from a market with no capital, no tech hubs, and no global attention to founding Movile, betting on iFood when it had 20 people, and today leading Prosus, one of the world's largest technology companies.

The logic is simple: stay lean, put a small team on it, test hypotheses fast, fail, adjust, repeat. After 10 iterations, maybe you have something that works. Only then do you commit more capital.
