Do you ever feel alone or lost in life? Like your going in circles? I know I do

What people dont know or dont see. I barley slept 4 hours,  I was in bed feeling dread, restless , angry, hot and sweaty , anxious and you know what I woke up this morning and made it. I still want to make impact and its time people know reality vs the highlights on instagram. We need more real and authentic people.  It's my mission to share what I go through to get us all to open up , connect and be human again. No more masking, no need for a facade or pretending like your ok. I want to make Instagram a platform where you guys can be open and reach out for help. FUCK THE HATERS, they going to judge u anyways so might as well do you.
