We love this 5-minute lunch idea from the Feeding Littles Lunches cookbook!

🍞 Toasted english muffin
🍅 Pizza sauce
🧀 Shredded mozzarella cheese
🍍🥕 Fruit & veggie sides (we packed pineapple, carrots, and celery!)

Send this lunch with ice packs in an insulated bag like OmieTote to keep it at a safe temperature. Additionally, cut the carrots and celery into thin pieces if serving them to a child under age 4, as they can be choking hazards.
