I’m on a mission to try one new thing a week in Colorado - part 53!  I’m on a mission to try one new thing a week in Colorado… This w#week took an empanada making class Maria Empanada! Definitely gained a whole new appreciation for how much skill goes into making these little pockets of deliciousness. The class was taught my owner/founder, Lorena, while she shared her story behind the business. My technique could use some work but the taste was still 10/10!  Their next class is an Empanada Making & Wine Tasting Class on June 3, where guests will learn authentic empanada-making techniques while enjoying hand-selected Argentine wines!
