#TakeActionTuesday: In recognition of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, we’re spotlighting AAPI women who are reshaping the future of sport through leadership, performance, and advocacy. 

⛸️ Alysa Liu: Olympic gold medalist and former WSF Travel & Training Fund recipient, whose journey reflects the importance of investment in young athletes and pathways to excellence. 

🏀 Natalie Nakase: the first Asian American head coach in the WNBA, a former player and championship-winning assistant coach whose leadership is breaking barriers and expanding pathways for the next generation. 

⚾ Olivia Pichardo: the trailblazing baseball player who made history as the first woman to play DI baseball and recently became the first woman to pitch at the DI level, redefining what’s possible in the game. 

AAPI women continue to break barriers, elevate communities, and drive progress across the sports ecosystem. Their contributions remind us why advancing equity and access in sport matters. #TheEquityProject #AAPIHeritageMonth
