In Italy, pasta is treated as a primo (first course) but here in North America we see it as the main course - maybe cuz we love it so much we just want more of it hehe 
So I was so happy to see that this spot serves up generous portions of handmade pasta with high quality sauces - like that slow cooked saucy bolognese sauce with hugging notes of wine in it and oof that tomato sauce is robust with a slight sweetness that balances out the acidity beautifully!
