Cisco Systems reports earnings after the close on May 13th with a story that needs to accelerate: $2.1 billion in AI infrastructure orders last quarter, and Wall Street wants to see that number grow. The stock is at $97, up from $77 just a month ago.

The options math is fascinating. The four-day cycle is pricing a $7.50 implied move, and June is only pricing $9.50. That means 80% of June's entire implied move is already packed into the next four days, with a 93% IV reading in the weekly cycle. Mike walks through calendar and diagonal spread setups on both the call and put side, showing how to collect $300 of the $455 cost basis in the four-day cycle alone. Cisco earnings are going to be interesting.
