NO WAY 😭😭 OTTAWA POLICE STOP U-HAUL, THEN FIND 13* TEENS RIDING IN THE BACK‼️😳🚨

What started as a traffic enforcement operation in Ottawa turned into a wild discovery after police stopped a U-Haul and found 13 (update) teens riding inside the cargo area.

According to Ottawa police, the stop happened during a stunt driving crackdown over the weekend. 

The driver, a 17-year-old, was charged with stunt driving, and the U-Haul was impounded for 14 days. Police say several of the teens in the back were between 15 and 18 years old.  

Riding unsecured in the back of a cargo truck like that can turn dangerous fast if the driver brakes suddenly, loses control, or gets into a collision. What may have seemed like a fun idea could’ve ended a lot differently.

Ottawa police say the enforcement blitz also led to multiple other stunt driving charges across the city as officers continue cracking down on dangerous behaviour on local roads.
