They investigated to find no broken window‼️😭

A group of young men say they were confronted by an employee believed to work at the A&W after the man accused them of damaging his vehicle in the parking lot.

In the video, the worker approaches the group claiming a car window had been broken.

However, when everyone walks over to inspect the vehicle, there does not appear to be any visible damage to the window in question.

The situation then escalates as the man allegedly becomes aggressive, telling the group that even if there was no damage, they should not be touching or hitting other people’s property. At one point, he is also heard making threats toward the group.

The video further shows the worker making an inappropriate gesture, which has been blurred in this repost, while allegedly demanding $500 from the young men involved.

The group eventually leaves the area and can later be heard criticizing the worker’s behaviour, saying that as an older adult and employee representing a business, the situation could have been handled in a calmer and more professional way without threats or aggression.

Others online are divided on the incident. Some say the young men should not have been fooling around near people’s vehicles in the first place and that touching or striking someone’s car can understandably upset an owner even if no visible damage is caused.

Others argue the confrontation escalated far beyond what was necessary.
