## Caption

Park District staff had a great day in Springfield yesterday for Parks Day at the Capitol! We were proud to connect with local legislators, like State Representative Matt Hanson, and park professionals from across Illinois while highlighting the vital role park districts play in building stronger communities through recreation, conservation, and the Power of Play. 🌳🏛️💚#ParksDayAtTheCapitol Illinois Association of Park Districts PLAINFIELD PARK DISTRICT
