Made fresh by hand in Bethy’s Bakery, we choose the ripest fruit, wash it, dry it, slice it, and arrange it over a crisp tart shell filled with creamy custard. Then we add a sweet, shiny glaze and a little whipped topping for the finishing touch.

So pretty. So fresh. So delish. Bring one home for the weekend… and watch it disappear. 😍
