Race Service truly believes that team is everything. A core part of our philosophy is assembling bespoke crews of the most talented people we can find, specifically selected for the needs of each project.

Within Race Service we have an incredible roster of high level creatives, designers, filmmakers, strategists and producers, but our network extends far beyond the agency itself into a wider community of specialists across many creative disciplines, all of whom we can call upon when a project demands it.

For the fiaformulae GEN4 launch, we assembled a formidable crew led by creative director rev_sect art director grantarts and account manager annanotebaert Together we conceptualised, strategised and designed a multifaceted programme with many moving parts.

Execution required flying in teams from across the US and Europe, bringing together dancers itsmirandachan amandadonato3 artists ninocence stefanieegedy DJ littledinosaur fashion partner veniacollection creative technologists masternader designer seanbulldesign our founder jacobchills and many more to realise the vision for GEN4 Unleashed.

For us, ambitious creative means nothing without disciplined production. We push for innovative work, but we also believe those ideas must be tightly run and professionally executed.

Despite an extremely compressed setup window, every team and technical supplier performed flawlessly to deliver an unforgettable experience.
