Touch-and-go cleans punish bad position. Four resets that protect your spine when fatigue sets in, plus when to call it.

Save this for your next clean session.
What’s your max touch-and-go set?

The biggest leak I see: lifters lose lat tension after rep 1 and never get it back. Every rep should feel like a fresh pull from the floor.

Rep 5 is where form dies. If you can’t reset hips below shoulders, the set is over. Ego doesn’t outrank your lower back.

Catching high is not lazy, it’s smart. A quarter squat catch saves your legs for the next pull. Save the full front squat for actual front squats.

Rule I give every client: round on rep 3, you stop at 2. Drop the bar, rest 10 seconds, start fresh. Grinding ugly reps just teaches your body to move ugly.

Which one of these do you catch yourself skipping? Drop the number below.
