Eddie Lacy was one of the best running backs in the NFL for a couple of seasons about a decade ago. Unfortunately, he gained a lot of weight, which is, or at least was, a huge American football meme going around. Anyways, players like him are what make this game so great, and especially the NFL fans, and sports fans in general even across the NBA, NHL, and MLB so great as well. There are obviously the superstars and the big name guys everyone remembers, but there’s always chatter about how many mid level or even minor level guys people can remember and name.

This post is extremely relatable, as my friends and I will often just sit around, have some drinks, and name what’s NFL players we can ever think about. We also do it with baseball, basketball, and hockey, but for some reason football is always the easiest and best because I think fantasy football aids in sports fans being more invested in individual athletes.
