Have you ever wished more people understood what living with migraine really means? 💜

The ACT-Now Advocacy Training Program exists for exactly that reason.

Miles for Migraine is now accepting applications for our August 2026 ACT-Now cohort. This is a virtual advocacy training experience for migraine patients and headache fellows who are ready to learn more about advocating for themselves for others living with migraine/headache. 

You'll learn how to tell your story, understand policy and regulations, navigate stigma, advocate in schools and workplaces, and build a community-backed advocacy plan all alongside people who truly get it.

No prior advocacy experience required. Just passion, lived experience, and a desire to create change. Program meets online 1x per month from August ’26 - April ’27. 

Application is required and once approved the program is free to join.
