@chilis inspired southwestern egg rolls at not be AS good but pretty damn close! 

Also had to use @savoryspiceshop seasonings for this one 🌶️

Mix everything together and heat in a skillet until cheesy and combined
* 1½ cups chopped rotisserie chicken
* 1 cup Monterey Jack
* ½ cup corn
* ½ cup black beans
* chopped spinach
* red bell pepper
* scallions
* green chilies
* cilantro 
* @savoryspiceshop taco seasoning + salt

Add filling to flour tortillas, roll tight, seal with avocado ranch, then fry at 350° for 3–4 min until golden and crispy.

Avocado Ranch:

* 1 avocado
* ¾ cup mayo
* ½ cup buttermilk
* @savoryspiceshop ranch seasoning
Mix until smooth ✨
