## Caption

At 38, I wasn’t ready for a full facelift… but I also didn’t feel like my face matched how I feel inside anymore.

So I did the research.

Instead of the traditional “pull the skin” method, I chose a fascia lift — which works deeper, lifting from the structure underneath for a more natural result.

And yes… I went to China.

Not my first choice, but I couldn’t find this technique done the way I wanted anywhere else. So I made the decision that felt right for me.

This wasn’t about changing my face — just refreshing it.

More me… just lifted.
