Coach Don Frost knows the importance of CPR and AED’s. If he hadn’t been around people who knew how to perform CPR and use an AED he wouldn’t have been able to share his story with us this morning. He died in 2019 at an airport in Memphis. Thank God he was brought back and saved by CPR.
If you ever need to perform CPR on someone remember these 2 simple steps....
1. Call 9-1-1
2. Push hard and fast in the center of the chest!
