If you see moringa leaves at the Indian grocery store, grab them and try this chutney!! It’s 100% worth it. My mom makes this chutney all the time, it adds that healthy boost and delicious flavor to meals plus has numerous other benefits!

🌿 Moringa leaves are great for weight loss, healthy skin and hair, boosting digestion, and fighting fatigue. Plus, curry leaves help with digestion, detoxification, and supporting healthy hair growth. I love this chutney, and I hope you do too💚

Dry Moringa-Curry Leaves Chutney (Lasts 3-6 Months)
Ingredients:
	•	Moringa leaves
	•	Curry leaves
	•	2 tbsp peanuts
	•	2 tbsp urad dal (split black gram)
	•	2 tbsp chana dal (split chickpeas)
	•	1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
	•	6-7 dry Kashmiri red chilies (adjust to taste)
	•	2 tbsp coriander seeds
	•	1 tbsp cumin seeds
	•	1 tbsp sesame seeds
	•	Salt to taste
	•	1 tbsp garlic powder
	•	1 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)

Method:
	1.	Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add peanuts, urad dal, chana dal, and hing. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
	2.	Add the dry Kashmiri red chilies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and sesame seeds. Continue to sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the spices are well roasted. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
	3.	In the same pan, dry roast the moringa leaves and curry leaves separately until they turn crispy. Transfer to a bowl and let them cool down completely.
	4.	In a mixer, pulse the roasted peanuts, dals, and spices until coarsely ground.
	5.	Add the roasted moringa and curry leaves to the mixer and pulse again, keeping the mixture coarse.
	6.	Finally, add salt, garlic powder, and amchur powder to the mixture and pulse once more to combine everything.
	7.	Store the chutney in an airtight container. It can last for 3-4 months.
Enjoy it with your favorite meals!
