I made this yesterday for my mom’s birthday! She doesn’t like overly sweet things, and I wanted to create something everyone could enjoy guilt-free.

A creamy, chocolatey ice cream she actually loved 🍫🍦
And honestly, if anything, I feel good about them eating this, it’s packed with real, nourishing ingredients like paneer, nuts, makhana, and dates.

So try this healthy treat that feels as good as it tastes! 

🍫 Healthy Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
	•	1.5 cups makhana (fox nuts)
	•	¼ cup almonds
	•	¼ cup cashews
	•	7–8 soft dates (pitted)
	•	400 ml milk
	•	100g paneer
	•	2 tbsp cacao powder

Method:
	1.	Soak makhana, almonds, cashews, and dates in warm milk for an hour(helps blend smoother).
	2.	Then add in a blender and add paneer, cacao powder.
	3.	Blend until completely smooth.
	4.	Pour into a freezer-safe container.
	5.	Press plastic wrap or parchment directly on top (to avoid ice crystals).
	6.	Freeze for 5–6 hours or until set.
	7.	Let sit at room temp for a few mins before scooping. Enjoy!
