Angela Simmons has officially dropped her first-ever song, adding to her very musical family, with apparently more music on the way. Angela sat down with Complex News’ Mami Tiff, to discuss her song with Jadakiss & Resa, produced by Hitmaka under Ruff Ryders Entertainment, “Run To.” 

The two also discuss Angela’s impactful entrepreneurial legacy with her lifestyle and sneaker brand Pastry that she created with her sister Vanessa Simmons. Angela also talks about working with Zendaya who was a face of Pastry at the time. Fast forward, the two talk about Angela’s Cakes, her vegan pastry brand that she has today.

They also reflect on the impact of ‘Run’s House’ and how the reality TV world needs a Black familial reality show today. 

Angela also opens up about her son and what she’s looking for now that she’s back in her single girl era, and reveals lessons learned, and what advice she has for younger women in the current dating scene.
