The Intermediate level is for dancers with 3-5 years of Ballet training. Intermediate is the perfect level for dancers who are serious about their training and have excelled beyond the Beginner levels. Intermediate classes move quickly, offering complex combinations both at the barre and in the center. Dancers will be exposed to more advanced and diverse exercises, challenging them to elevate their level of training. At this level, dancers should begin to explore and develop their artistry, musicality, and epaulement.⁠

Also, join us for our Absolute Beginner Ballet workshop with faculty member Annastasia Mercedes! ⁠The workshop meets once a week on Tuesdays from 6:30pm-8:30pm at the Joffrey Ballet School Manhattan studios. Our first 6 Week session starts June 2 - July 7, 2026. ⁠
