The Liberty Bell Award is presented annually to individuals that “uphold the rule of law, encourage good governance, promote civic responsibility, and inspire respect for the rule of law.”

This year’s recipients were: Catherine Wiersch, Dean Leah Chan Grinvald (UNLV Boyd School of Law), and the ACE Program’s LVMPD Sgt. Tony Brotherson, Officer Celina Sarafin, and Crime Prevention Specialist Kelly Garis.
