Recipe!

To a bowl, add eggs, onions, tomato, salt, turmeric, and pepper powder. Mix well and keep aside.

To a pan, add oil, crushed garlic, onions, and curry leaves. Sauté for a minute, then add salt and chilli powder.

Pour in the egg mixture and cook on both sides until done.

That’s it — mix the omelette with hot rice, and you won’t need anything else.
