STILL HUNGRY...🏆🏆

After back-to-back District Championships the @ysgbasketball team reloaded and refocused on their commitment to excellence. 

Getting stronger and becoming more explosive was a priority, and it started in the weightroom 6 months ago.  These girls were consistent in their attendance and consistent in their ability to progress through a multi-phase program that included comprehensive strength, power, plyometrics, and mobility training.

Special thanks to Coach Weaver and her staff for realizing the benefits of a full offseason program and trusting S3 Performance Training to deliver 💪

This team of experienced and athletic girls is ready for a strong season, with aspirations of another District and State run.
