## Caption

dr_brown took me on a tour of #JoshuaTree yesterday morning. As a photographer who constantly sees amazing photos taken here, it was amazing to be able to see this place for the first time. I took many mental notes of where I’d like to return for night photography. I gotta say, I sure wish I lived close to it; the combination of surreal rock formations, alien-like plants, and a great night sky make it a mecca for what I do photographically.
