As much as I love my 15-min meals, some dishes deserve a bit more TLC…and they’re always worth it. 

TIP: since you’re already putting in the time, be sure to make a larger batch and freeze some for your future self!

This is the kind of meal I save for those “I just need comfort food 😭” days, or when I’m back from travels with an empty fridge.
