20-minute sushi bake!! Here’s how I make my easy, so delicious sushi bake, partnering with bestfoodsmayonnaise🍣

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cans tuna, drained well
- 8 oz imitation crab, shredded
- 1/2 cup bestfoodsmayonnaise (100% avocado oil mayo)
- 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to liking)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Rice base: 2.5 cups cooked short/medium-grain rice + 2 tbsp rice vinegar + pinch of of salt
- Furikake or crushed seaweed
- Garnish: chopped green onions, mayo, sriracha
- For serving: roasted seaweed/nori sheets

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400°F

In a bowl, add the tuna and shredded imitation crab. Use kitchen scissors to chop into smaller pieces. Add bestfoodsmayonnaise, sriracha, salt, and pepper and mix until smooth and creamy.

Mix warm rice with rice vinegar and a pinch of salt.

Press rice into an even layer in an oven-safe dish (9x9 or 13x9 dish both work great)

Sprinkle an even layer of furikake or crushed seaweed over the rice.

Spread the tuna mixture evenly on top.

Bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes, until warmed through and slightly bubbling at the edges.

Let cool slightly, then drizzle with more mayo and sriracha, then top with green onions.

Scoop onto roasted seaweed and enjoy!
