To one of the best to ever do it, Happy Mother’s Day jessburbridgeart ! One day our kids are gonna realize what a truly unique, gifted, brave and adventurous mom they have.

From working with mountain Gorillas with both Diane Fossey Gorilla Fund and Gorilla Doctors in Rwanda and Congo, being featured on Nat Geo’s Biggest And Baddest tv show, to making the cover of her first magazine from the one of a kind fine art ceramics she creates, to being the most bad ass mom on the planet, Jess you are just a wonder. Thank you so much for showing me and the kids how to really live! For showing us how to eat life like a 5 course meal.

I’ve never met someone who truly withers unless she has another adventure, (preferably death defying) on the horizon. Me and the kids have had so many epic experiences just trying to keep up with you! And we know you’re really revving up now that the kids are getting big enough to keep up!

Hope you’re ready to camp at the mouth of a live volcano in Rwanda kiddos! Don’t worry! Daddy’s scared too!

Thanks for the being the best mom ever Jess. We’re the luckiest brood alive! #happymothersday #notlikeothergirls
