I thought happiness would feel different… like a big life accomplishment… but it’s the little rituals in our daily lives that truly bring me the most joy... the drop offs and pick ups, the quick trips to the market, watching them in ballet class, reading stories and giggling before bedtime at night.. it’s in these moments that I find myself taking a pause and realizing how lucky I am, to be their mom, their first best friend, their protector.. the simplicity of these moments are what I live for… The opportunity to catch Isa singing along to a new song and nailing all the lyrics, or Cami saying a new word for the first time, or Ale dancing in the living room, preparing for her first competition.. I am in the thick of life, and although the most challenging, by far the most beautiful part yet 🙏🏼
