“Dream Cartography: Stargazer’s Eye, Hiromita’s Calling” curated and presented by hiromitaproject 

The project exhibits two artists: Taiwanese-Turkish artist ANQI anqiartworks and Turkish artist NIK (Narin İrem Kıran) in a shared field of exploration where two artistic visions meet without losing their distinct voices. Their separate corners converse through contrasts: the inward pull of intuition and curiosity accompanied by Hiromita character of ANQI and the outward gaze of a stargazer by NIK.

Both artists seek truth from different directions. Their perspectives reflect one another like two sides of a mirror, forming a symbolic landscape of discovery. The project unfolds as a space of dream-mapping, where viewers trace their own coordinates between the inner and the cosmic.

Hiromita, the tiger-spirited cat created by ANQI, leads viewers toward the hidden terrains of the self. In her paintings, sculptures and interactive installations, ANQI shapes an inner landscape that resembles a wild desert, a place of vast space that mirrors inner emptiness, where earth tones and resilient desert plants coexist with wild creatures, reminding us that even within desolation lies the possibility of transformation and new life.
