Rejection sensitivity means feeling really upset or hurt when you think someone is mad at you, disappointed, or doesn’t like you… even if they didn’t actually say that😅 This can happen a lot in people with ADHD or autism. It’s not about being “too sensitive”, our brain just reacts more strongly to these feelings. It’s seriously the thing I hate the most about myself 🥲😭 #adhd #autism #rsd
