I cannot believe how GOOD the viral vegetable plate by rabeya.khat was! 
Thank you beautiful… incredible taste.

Not covered in salt. 
Not drowned in sauces. 
Not overcooked.

Just fresh. Simple. REAL.

And honestly… it made me think about business.

Sometimes we overcomplicate EVERYTHING trying to force flavor into things that were already good from the beginning.

Then my mom tried them 😂
